Latinos Internacional is a bilingual news site focusing on Latin America. For this site, we provided hosting, installed Joomla, built the flag scroller, customized the template, did some graphics work and trained the client in Joomla. This client started the effort using Xigla's Absolute News Manager which proved to be unstable. We suggested they switch to Joomla which has proved to be much more solid.
